Dr. Jean-François Lanctôt completed medical school at Montréal University in 2001, where he also obtained a degree in biochemistry. He trained in general medicine at Montréal University and subsequently obtained an Emergency Medicine certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada. Dr Lanctôt has been working in critical care and emergency medecine since 2003. Is interest in ultrasound led him to complete training in focused abdominal, cardiac, lung and vascular ultrasound. Dr Lanctôt collaborates with ICCU imaging since 2010. He is also an instructor for the Canadian Emergency Ultrasound Society (CEUS) and the Critical Care Ultrasound (CCUS) Institute.
